Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse-Metric LLC ("Pulse Metric," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal data and platform data when you access or use our website, dashboard, software, analytics tools, subscriptions, integrations, and related services (the "Service").
For questions or requests, contact admin@pulse-metric.com.
1.1 Scope and roles
Pulse Metric is generally a controller/business for personal data we collect to create accounts, manage subscriptions, secure the Service, bill customers, communicate with users, and comply with law.
When we process Customer Data or Connected Account Data on behalf of a business customer, agency, artist, creator, or brand, we may act as a processor/service provider under applicable privacy laws and process that data according to the customer's instructions, our Data Processing Addendum, and applicable platform terms.
If you connect third-party accounts, those platforms may also process your data under their own terms and privacy policies. Pulse Metric does not control the privacy practices of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Stripe, or other third parties.
1.2 Information we collect
Account and profile information: name, email address, business name, phone number, role/title, login credentials for Pulse Metric, account settings, and contact preferences.
Billing and subscription information: subscription tier, billing contact, invoices, payment status, transaction records, and limited payment details provided by or through our payment processor. Full payment card data may be processed by our payment processor rather than stored directly by Pulse Metric.
Authentication and security information: hashed Pulse Metric passwords, session information, IP address, device identifiers, browser information, logs, security events, and fraud-prevention signals.
Connected Account Data: connected account IDs, channel/page/profile IDs, account names, OAuth tokens, granted scopes/permissions, refresh tokens where applicable, metrics, insights, analytics, audience demographics where available, content identifiers, performance data, and related platform data that you authorize us to access.
Usage information: dashboard interactions, feature usage, preferences, support requests, error logs, diagnostic information, and product analytics.
Cookies and similar technologies: information collected through cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Future uploaded content: if launched, campaign files, notes, CSVs, screenshots, client materials, creative assets, or other content you submit to the Service.
1.3 Information we do not collect from connected platforms
Pulse Metric is designed as a read-only analytics dashboard. We do not collect, read, send, or store DMs, private messages, email message content, inbox contents, or platform login passwords.
We do not ask for your Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or YouTube passwords. Connections should be made through official authorization flows.
1.4 How we use information
To create, maintain, authenticate, and secure user accounts.
To provide the analytics dashboard, graphs, metrics, integrations, support, troubleshooting, and related Service features.
To process subscriptions, billing, invoices, payment status, cancellations, and account notices.
To access, retrieve, store, graph, and display Connected Account Data according to the permissions you grant.
To maintain, debug, secure, monitor, and improve the Service.
To communicate about product updates, service notices, security alerts, billing, support, and administrative messages.
To comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, and respond to lawful requests.
To create aggregated or de-identified analytics that do not identify a person, customer, or connected account, subject to applicable platform restrictions.
1.5 No advertising, retargeting, sale, or data broker use
Pulse Metric does not sell personal data or Platform Data.
Pulse Metric does not use Google API data, YouTube API Data, Meta Platform Data, or Connected Account Data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, data broker services, or information-reseller services.
Pulse Metric does not use Connected Account Data to determine creditworthiness, lending eligibility, insurance eligibility, employment eligibility, housing eligibility, healthcare eligibility, immigration status, criminal-history determinations, or similar eligibility decisions.
1.6 AI and machine learning
Pulse Metric does not currently use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models.
We may use aggregated, de-identified, or non-identifying data to improve the Service, including analytics quality, system performance, product recommendations, or future AI-assisted features.
If we later use Customer Data to develop or improve our own independent AI or machine-learning models, we will provide appropriate notice and controls where required by law. We will not use Google API data, YouTube API Data, or Meta Platform Data to train generalized AI models unless permitted by applicable platform terms, disclosed in this Privacy Policy or in-product notices, and supported by required consent or approval.
1.7 Google API and Limited Use disclosure
Pulse Metric's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google API data only to provide and improve visible, user-facing Pulse Metric features, such as connecting Google Analytics properties and displaying authorized analytics metrics in your dashboard.
We do not transfer Google API data except as necessary to provide or improve the Service with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
1.8 YouTube API data
If you connect YouTube accounts, we may access YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API, and YouTube Reporting API data only as authorized by you and permitted by YouTube policies.
YouTube-related data is displayed only to the relevant channel owner or authorized representative. We do not use YouTube API Data to create unauthorized public leaderboards, competitive rankings, generalized YouTube business intelligence, or restricted derived metrics.
If you request deletion of YouTube-related personal data, disconnect your account, or if we can no longer verify your authorization, we will delete or de-identify associated YouTube personal data from active systems within 30 days unless retention is required by law or permitted by applicable YouTube policies.
1.9 Meta Platform Data
If you connect Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta accounts, we may access Meta Platform Data through the Meta Graph API and related permissions you grant.
We use Meta Platform Data only to provide the dashboard and related analytics features to you or your authorized representatives. We do not sell, resell, license, or transfer Meta Platform Data for unauthorized third-party use.
We provide a data deletion process for Meta-related data. Users can request deletion by emailing admin@pulse-metric.com or using the data deletion instructions page described in this policy suite.
